Many of the people I like can be annoying. A lot of them are know-it-alls. Some of them go on too long about shit no one cares about.
Another is annoying by being easily annoyed and haranguing me and everyone else about totally innocuous behavior. He’s a real “Why are you using that setting on the blender?” kind of guy.
One day he and I went to a coffee shop with another friend of ours. I did not get anything. He got a black coffee. Our other friend ordered a more involved drink. Then she went to the bathroom. When they called out her drink, I grabbed it from the bar. Before I grabbed it, I thought “Do I need to do this, she’s going to be back soon” but then I thought “I might as well.”
